Welcome! I'm Tara, a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD), and fertility nutrition specialist based in Minnesota. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based nutrition care that helps you feel supported, empowered, and confident in your health journey.

Outside of the office, I'm a proud mama to two boys—one human and one furry—and a lifelong Diet Coke enthusiast.
