What to Expect:

I value meeting clients where they are at in their own nutrition journey; you will not find a "one size fits all" approach with me.

I can explore the (numerous) nutrition fallacies that are unfortunately very easily accessible and use the true, scientific-based evidence to debunk them.

A nutrition assessment will be completed in the first session to obtain more details of your general health, daily routines, dietary intake, labs, lifestyle and discuss the goals you have in mind. Follow-up appointments will entail reviewing the goals we discussed at the previous session and making adjustments accordingly to help you achieve your goals.

Frequency of meeting is up to client's discretion as each person is unique with their goals and preferred forms of accountability. 

We May Not Be A Good Fit....

If you are looking for a meal plan, specific macronutrient recommendations, or recipe development, I do not provide those service and would be happy to refer you to another dietitian that does.
