How we can work together:
Nutrition Counseling
Our appointments will be led by you, but with me by your side. We are a team, we will discuss what brought you in, set goals, intentions and cover just about everything in between. Initial appointments and follow-up appointments are 53 minutes in length. I do offer a 30 minute follow-up appointment upon request.
I currently offer in-person appointments on Mondays and Thursdays and virtual appointments Monday through Friday. The office is currently located at: 5861 Cedar Lake Road in St. Louis Park.
Nutrition Presentations
Topic of your choice, and let the expert help! Often utilized in the classroom or for a sports team, I can provide nutrition education targeted towards your preferred topic and audience.
Presentations can be done virtually or in-person and the duration of the appointment is up to you!
