Private Pay Option
Private pay rates are $200 for a 53 minute initial assessment, $150 for a 53 minute follow-up appointment and $75 for a 30 minute follow-up appointment. I do accept FSA/HSA cards. I do not offer sliding scale or payment plans at this time.

Insurance
I am in-network with Ucare, UnitedHealthCare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to an insurance I am not in-network with if requested. I currently only offer virtual appointments through the listed insurance companies above.
I am an independent contractor through Twin Cities Therapy and Counseling Associates and accept HealthPartners, Ucare, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield under them. I offer in-person appointments on Mondays and Thursdays at the Twin Cities Therapy and Counseling Associates St. Louis Park location.
How to Check Coverage:
1. Call your insurance provider on the back of your card
2. Ask if your plan covers nutritional counseling, preventative or diagnostic services using CPT codes 97802/97083 and ID10 codes Z71.3 or E66.0. Also ask if eating disorder codes (F50.9) are covered.
3. Ask if a referral or prior authorization is needed.
4. Ask if there is a limit to the number of services.
